Number five on my list is a really old cartoon that was part of the old WB channel when it was at its peak (who remembers that singing frog?). This is a cartoon show that a lot of people my age will remember with a lot of fond memories.
OK, here we go, an old school cartoon that ran from 1993 to 1998. The Animaniacs show was a great show that had several small shows added into it along with the main show with Yakko, Wakko, and Dot. Other shows that were really great on this show were Pinky and the Brain that was just a classic. Then there was the Goodfeather skit show that was a joke about the Godfather movies but instead used pigeons and acted out some mafia stuff, I mean, come on, that is just great. Of course, the main story was with the Warner brothers and their sister Dot.
This was a really funny show and I really think some of the jokes were ahead of their time when it was released. One of the best running jokes was always from Wakko with the “I once knew a man from Nantucket” which was just a classic and always drew a laugh. This was a show I always watched on a Saturday morning and could never get enough of. I do miss the old WB channel and all of the shows it had, with this one being the best.
Anyone else remember this one?
